Project overview
Energy-from-waste facility
The Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant is a major energy-from-waste facility located in Rudheath, Northwich, Cheshire. The plant is designed to process residual waste and convert it into electricity, contributing to the region’s energy supply and waste management infrastructure.
Topp Still Services is currently providing subcontract scaffolding labour to support active works on site, working within a live industrial environment where safety, attendance and coordination are essential to maintaining programme progress.

Our role
Subcontract scaffolding crews
Our subcontract teams are deployed on site to deliver scaffolding access solutions as required by the main contractor. We supply experienced scaffolders who integrate directly into the site management structure, working under the project’s safety and quality systems.

Delivery standards
Site-ready and dependable
All crews supplied to this project arrive site-ready with valid CISRS cards, full PPE and site-specific inductions completed. We maintain consistent crew allocation to build familiarity with site operations and reduce the need for repeated briefings.
Our supervisors maintain direct communication with the project team to ensure labour deployment aligns with current programme priorities and changing site requirements.
